When will my order arrive?

All orders are made to order, so we allow 1–3 days for production before your item is dispatched. Delivery to the US typically takes 9–14 days, though most orders arrive within 10 days. You'll receive a tracking update once your order is on its way.
How much does delivery cost?

We currently ship to the United States only. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the items in your order. We work with our fulfilment partner to keep shipping costs as low as possible.
Why hasn't my order arrived?

If your order hasn't arrived within 14 days of placing it, please get in touch via our Contact page with your order number and we'll look into it straight away.
Will I be charged taxes?

You won't face any surprise charges upon delivery. Depending on your state, sales tax may be applied at checkout — but this will always be clearly shown before you complete your order.
Where do you ship to?

We currently ship to the United States only. We hope to expand to additional countries in the future.
Where will my item ship from?

All orders are fulfilled and shipped directly from our production partner in China. This allows us to offer high quality made-to-order garments without holding stock. Delivery to the US typically takes 9–14
days, and you'll receive tracking information once your order is on its way.

The Product

How do I wash my Items?

All of our items are 100% cotton. To keep
your garment looking its best, wash inside out — this protects both the
fabric and the print.

  • Machine wash at 30°C (gentle cycle)
  • Do not bleach
  • Tumble dry low
  • Iron at low temperature, inside out — never directly on the print
  • Do not dry clean

Full care instructions can also be found on the label inside each garment.
Will my items shrink in the wash

Like most cotton garments, there is a small risk of shrinkage if washed or dried at high temperatures. To minimise this, wash at 30°C or cooler and tumble dry on a low heat — or better yet, air dry. Following these steps should keep your garment true to size.
Are your products high quality?

Yes. Our garments are made from medium to heavyweight 100% cotton, giving them a soft, comfortable feel built to last. Each design is printed using DTG (Direct to Garment) printing with industry-leading
Brother and Kornit machines, applying pigmented water-based inks directly into the fabric fibres. This produces precise, detailed prints that won't peel or crack — and are built to last wash after wash.
Are your products ethically made?

Yes. We only work with reputable production partners who fully comply with the Modern Slavery Act 2015 — maintaining policies and controls to prevent forced labour, human trafficking, and any form of
modern slavery within their operations and supply chains.
Are your items eco-friendly?

Yes. We and our production partners are
committed to sustainable manufacturing — using responsibly sourced materials, reducing energy consumption, and implementing proper waste management throughout the production process. Safer, low-impact chemicals are used in dyeing and finishing, and our partners align with recognised standards including OEKO-TEX.

Every item is also made to order, meaning nothing is printed or produced until you place your order. This eliminates unnecessary stock and reduces the risk of unsold garments going to waste.
How do your clothes look vintage?

Each garment goes through a snow washing process — a technique that uses pumice stones soaked in a potassium permanganate solution, which are tumbled together with the fabric to create friction and abrasion. This produces the distinctive faded effect you see on the finished piece.

Are the colours accurate?

We do our best to represent our products as accurately as possible, but colours can vary slightly depending on your screen settings and calibration. If you have any questions about a specific product, feel free to get in touch before ordering.
Do you accept returns or refunds?

As all of our items are made to order, we're unable to accept returns, exchanges or cancellations. However, if your item arrives damaged, faulty, or you receive the wrong item, simply email us at [your email] with your order number and a photo of the issue, and we'll arrange a full refund.
Where does the artwork come from?

We spend a lot of time searching through historical archives and collections — vast repositories of artwork spanning centuries of human creativity. From thousands of pieces, we hand-pick the ones that feel
right — images that have a certain quality, a mood, or a story that deserves to be seen again.

What size should I order?

You can find the size guide for each garment on its product page. Our regular fit T-shirts are true to size, while our oversized
T-shirts, sweatshirts, and long sleeves are designed with an oversized fit — so if you prefer a more fitted look, you may want to size down.

We accept all major debit and credit cards, as well as digital wallets including Shop Pay, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.
